新年にうどん食べる「年明けうどん」の習慣をPR 香川 高松

新年にうどんを食べる香川県の「年明けうどん」の習慣をPRしようと、全国各地のご当地うどんの食べ比べ大会が高松市で行われました。
この催しは新年にうどんを食べる習慣を全国に広めようと毎年12月に開かれていて、ことしは15の道府県から19の店や団体がご当地うどんを出展しています。
年明けうどんは、めでたい「紅」色の具材が入っているのが特徴で、香川の「さぬきうどん」にはあんこが入った紅いもちや、かまぼこが添えられています。
