Rescued crew from the "Moskva" amounted to 58 sailors, out of a normal ship's complement of 510.
This is according to Ilya Ponomarev, a former Russian deputy of the State Duma.
He's was the only one to vote against the annexation of Crimea.
Ponomarev lives in Ukraine, in exile.
