米Googleは、次期Androidの新バージョンとなる「Android 15」で初となるベータ版「Beta 1」を配信開始した。Android Emulatorで利用できるほか、ベータプログラムに参加すればPixelデバイスでも利用可能。

Android 15の新機能としては、アプリ内のカメラコントロール機能の強化、HDRヘッドルームコントロール、CTA-2075ラウドネススタンダードへの対応、新しい露出モードである「ローライトブースト」の対応、仮想MIDI 2.0デバイス、衛星デバイスの対応、NFC/ウォレットの強化、PDF対応の強化などが図られている。
