ウラジオストクで１２日、中国アニメーション映画の上映会が行われた。
開幕式には現地の学生も参加、在ウラジオストク中国総領事の扬帆(ヤン・フェン)とウラジオストク市副市長が登壇し、式辞を述べた
また、副市長は式辞の中で「遠親不如近鄰(遠くの親類より近くの他人)」という中国の成句を引用
