Germans are drinking more cups of coffee than ever
In 2022 Germans drank more coffee than ever before, that is according to market research commissioned by the German Coffee Association.
On average, people in Germany are reaching with trembling hands for four cups of coffee each day.
This is a considerable jump from before coronavirus when people were drinking 3,5 cups per day,
and though they love their Sprüdelwasser, java outperformed both mineral water and beer in the past year.
