スカパー! が「エンタメ×VR×リアルハプティクス」が融合した日本初の試み、遠隔リアルタイム握手会を開催した。
正式名称は『さわれるVR握手会』in スカパー! アイドルフェス。東京の豊洲PITで3月16日に実施された。『さわれるVR握手会』には、タレントの鹿沼亜美(かぬま あみ)さんがオンラインで登場し、VRと立体音響でファンと会話をし、リアルハプティクス対応の握手ハンドを使ったVR握手会を楽しんだ。
